PLACING ORDERS: You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All credit card information is protected by a secure server. Realiteesshop.com accepts all major credit cards i.e. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa; along with PayPal.

Realiteesshop.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Realitees ships merchandise to all military address (APO, FPO), but not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

 

ORDER TRACKING: To track your package, check your email for the tracking number or call Realitees at 318-247-0277 and request a tracking number if you did not receive one. You can track your merchandise at ups.com or usps.com depending on the shipper.

 

IN STORE PICK UP:  If you want to avoid paying for shipping charges, you can arrange for your order to be picked up at our Grambling location. Any order that is in stock and placed on-line will usually be ready for pick up the following business day (Monday-Friday, No holidays). To avoid the shipping and handling charges for your order you must select in-store pickup as your shipping method, otherwise merchandise will be shipped to you. You will be called when your order is ready for pickup.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY: Order by 3:00 p.m. Central Time. An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3:00 will usually be on the way to you the next business day (Monday-Friday, No holidays)

Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 business days. 

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.
